Choose a Design Package That Fits Your Needs.
Available in Basic, Standard, Premium, and Platinum Packages..A booking fee of IDR 1,000,000 is required before the design process begins.
First Payment – 30%
Payable after the floor plan design is approved.
Second Payment – 30%
Payable after the 3D exterior design is approved.
Third Payment – 20%
Payable after the 3D interior design or working drawings are approved.
Final Payment (Settlement) – 20%
Payable after all drawings have been completed.
